Does anyone know how to date GT skin wall tyres? Was there a production run over a few years on these?
I’ve got a pair, both 20x1.75 that are stamped. One has ‘K-69 20-E-751’ & ‘150181’ The other has ‘K-69 20-E-764’ & ‘150162’
Any ideas?

Ok that’s Cool

How is that calculated Nick? Do you have any idea how long the production run for this type of tyre was?

Here’s a better shot of the tread pattern ;)

That tyre pattern replaced the Shinko in 1987. Didn’t do them for very long at all.

Awesome, thanks Nick. I knew you’d be the man for this

I'd suggest a nice restaurant ... treat them to dinner ... couple of glasses of wine ... stimulating chat.
Roll them back to their place and see if you can come in for a coffee ...

Smooth but I think being dressed in rubber might call for a very different kind of night out ;)
