Are these a U.K. brand?
What year were they made?

never heard of them but it looks very similar to prime racing plates.

They were made by a dutch superclass rider in the 80's ludy van der werff.
Sad story .......... he hung himself up in his company a few years ago. Nobody good understand why.

Yeah I got  a mail from Gerrit Does with that sad news of Ludy when that happened.
But can't see the connection with the name Ludy Van der Werf and WHP

Werff hot products???? I really don't know anymore. But i used to race these guys and my mind says he made them.
