Just laughing at the (users online section) at the bottom of the forum page ...
It always was funny & massively over quoted the amount of people on here , but it's currently saying 2 users & thousands of (guests) when this place is clearly now a graveyard.
Gutting really, this place for all of its fickle obnoxious members and sometimes Very Prickly Admins, was a mecca for all things Rad & i loved it.
Makes me wonder how the museum survives ? I guess its just on the the pure numbers of enthusiasts in the states i guess ???
I hate this decade, bring back 2012, the place was booming , Oh & if anyone ever reads this (STAY RAD) :radbmxsmilie:

Aye it's a bugger. I used to spend hours oh here laughing my head off and looking at some tasty bikes. It feels like the instant response of facebook and it's many niche pages have slowed good old RAD right down. I've not been on for ages.

Yeah, it’s a sad but unfortunately true state of affairs. I don’t do Facebook, so keep on trucking here in the hope that one day things may take off again. :daumenhoch:

Forums are still a viable option for groups of people with the same interests, just look at the museum or pistonheads, but it takes a community to have a community and i fear too many have moved on to other things.

It is a shame it went this way after the site went down all thos years ago. :radbmxsmilie: is an amazing place for historical builds.
I also remember the good old days and it is so dissapointing.
Even bike of the month stopped getting entries "help"
I am not a fan of the facebook pages :Aresehole:

Totally agree, sad times indeed, especially when the museum seems to continually do so well... Must just be down to the purely huge numbers in the states keeping that place going . Even their for-sale page seems busy ... Weird really ... I don't think a few of the admins on here helped the situation tbh. I've heard a few people bad mouth some of them & their elitist attitude & I've had (off site) issues with a couple myself over the years tying to throw their weight around as if they're the (gatekeepers to the hobby)... Wont name any names , all water under the bridge ....Ah well, times move on .

Tis sad, I'm no longer that interested in BMX but still have the old goose in the garage.
The site was a great place with some real top blokes.
I pop back every month, don't do Facebook as that's just poison.
Hope you're all well though, whoever reads this
