ive been told that mid bb is just us pushed out of the bearing cups is this true, please help me as ive just bought a frame with a mid bb and currently have spanish so i need to no :LolLolLolLol:
-
morning dbj,
yeah for a 19mm BB, the bearings in a mid bb are just the R12 bearings out of a stanadrd US BB, eg profile, etc. without the cups.
dunno if this is the case with a regular 22mm US BB tho...

ps hope ur grans doing better.
