Post by: jimwise68 on October 30, 2006, 04:59 PM
Whats the difference ? Anyone know.

Is it just the option of converting the front to a potts mod?

Yep, 880's have the pots mod, are stockier and if I remember correctly the cable feeds on the right, the right. The 890's are the predesessors which are same as the tourney and found on most 80-83 bikes

OK?  :daumenhoch:

Oh yes and the 880's have detachable adjusters so you can swap them 890's don't and you had to drill them out to potts mod them
