Title: se post problem

just fitted my post to my pk ripper and didnt no about mounting the seat as most posts
are larger will the clamp close up on the seat that much or is it in need of a shim.

have you got a pic of the weld? I need to get one fixed myself, any advice?

Dan means the seat clamping on the post I think  :daumenhoch:

I think he's got mixed up and is on about the well documented frame cracking around the seat post on the ripper.

Dan I have fitted Kashi Aeros to the alloy post and they always stayed tight.

Dan, didn't i read you bought a PK with a snapped seatpost tube? I'm thinking this was the same one??? :-[ :-\ ::)

Note: Get a Uni Hammerhead !

will try one ,i put a normal seat on and slopped around but i havent tried tightening it up
as the ripper posts are narrow.
mr biscuits i do have another ripper with snapped post tube so its of to get welded

aaah, that's what threw me !

i was blind and now i can see  :LolLolLolLol:
