Oh Darren your a very brave man, I went to my local track last friday night and watched a floodlit club meeting, the 20" was SO QUICK, I gonna be a coward and get a dirt bike sometime to ride the local concrete parks and maybe do some crits on my road bike next season....but no cruiser or 20".
Good luck mate and I hope you got BUPA health cover :LolLolLolLol:
How did the training course go Dave?
No Old School goodies yet Zippy :(

Cheers Gary, Hope things are going well on the other side of the world :)

The bat was flying out of the gate yesterday at Hayes, a few more races on his 20" and he'll be right up at the sharp end (or slightly less blunt end). :daumenhoch:
Here he is right up with me and Jumping John. Picture from www.bournemouthbmx.co.uk gallery.

Darren only picked the uglyest race bike to make himself look better looking ;D
-
I like it :daumenhoch:
Enjoyed my first race on it. :)
-
so what were the results then ??
-
well done Darren
the guy done a good job at hayes seeing that he hadnt even ridden his new bike before race day.
he mixed with some of the best and held his head high without havin raced or any training since the Hersden meeting. i think a few more outings and some training and he will be surprising a lot of riders by the time the summer series starts
:4_17_5: keep it up

thats all well and good si but how long will his tyres last when mrs bat finds out how much it was. ;D
