I am considering purchasing a 3pc crank for my bike and have three options that I am interested in;
1. Hutch cranks - there is no harm in dreaming
2. Single pinch, wrap-around Flights - very nice
3. Profile cranks
It is the profile cranks that my question refers to. You see, I am fairly up to speed with changes to flights over the years and can therefore identify parts from the correct period. Although I have always liked Profiles, I know almost nothing about the changes that have occured to them over the years.
So, who knows how much these things have changed over the years and how much difference there is between a set from the second half of the 80's and a nice new set from Alan's?
Sorry if the question has been asked before. I'm buggered if I could find it on the search facility.
