I have a guy coming to see me tonight with a Raleigh grifter!!!! Can some one give me a sensible idea on what its worth and what condition for the price. Thanks
-
Got to be at least £200 at a guess.
-
Best way to do it is to go on to ebay - type in Raleigh Grifter in the search box and click on "Completed Items".
Had a quick look and between £40 (good) - £100(Excellent) depending on spec and condition.
-
Cheers.....It will be here at 6.40, not sure if i want it, but it would be cool to see it, if its not too bad I may make an offer!!!
-

Sold a very clean one at a boot fair this summer for £20. They dont make that much ate so aim at 20 - 40. Unless its the black limited edition. Then upto £80 depending on condition.

we used to call it "slip gear"
bit like the pot luck gears on a chopper too.
nutriding the t-handle gear knob wasnt fun.
