Title: 1985 GT pro class frame. ANYONE KNOW WhAT ITS WORTH?? :D

i have this frame and i need to know how much its worth and what kind of frame it is. i have been told it is a 1985 GT pro xl or a 1986 GT 4 pro class.it has a 4 underneath the serial number. thanks for all you help.  :D

The single 4 means that it is a Pro size frame.
Looks about late 84 onwards I think which is when they started drilling holes in the rear dropouts
Whats the serial# as that will give the date?

the # is 3850671. any idea of what its worth??

Thats a March 1985, no. 671 of that month

Problem is the forks are quite hard to find

The frame on its own is probably worth in the order of £75 ish at a guess

What does it mean if your frame has got 3 holes in the dropouts ? trying to find out exactly what model mine is ?
