Title: bar I.D please?

ok i imported a cw from the states and these bars were on it...i know they arent the standard fit bars..anyone know what they might be..there in pretty good nick and the weldings are good..the bars measure 27" x 9"approx.(sorry for the crap pics).
any good or are they crap?? :-\
