Title: BRAINTREE SUNDAY 7TH JANUARY OLD SCHOOL GATE
Post by: RATTY on January 02, 2007, 11:11 PM: Theres a good chance of a meet at Braintree on Sunday 7th Jan, I know its short notice, but anyone up for a blast round!!
We will bring the hack if anyone fancies a spin, we need 6 plus for an old school gate.

No race licence needed for the Old school gate. Full face helmet, long sleeves and gloves are essential.
£2.50 race fee.

Meet at McDonalds for a cuppa from 9am, leave maccys at 9.45

registeration 10am

racing 11am

all over by 2pm

Yep try and come over Wayne, we have a bit of a larf when we get together, its not a serious race (well not after the first corner!!) I may not have the funds in time for that cruiser, but I am still interested, try an bring a 20" with you just in case you get tempted!!
It might also be worth bringing some of your for sale goodies, a few bits an bobs change hands on the day!! :daumenhoch:

Oh no Paul, not the "grouting the bathroom excuse" AGAIN!! That's soooooo last year!! Actually that's soooo KDW712 :) I'm currently trying to convince my boys that they could use the meeting as a leg-stretcher for Andover the following week but I'm struggling as Braintree no longer rates amongst their favourite tracks. The weather will play a very important part in the decision. That and finishing the grouting on Saturday!! ;) Humps

Wife is currently undergoing hospital treatment (some of you know what this is all about so please don't ask) and after a week of daily visits she really wants to get away from it all this weekend so doubt a trip up the shops on Saturday will suffice.
