i'd like to see a few more of the lower cost bikes being done.i mean how many of us started off with pk rippers and T/A's.
nice job and i like the colour.im thinking of doing this ole meteorlite a weird shade.

had to be yellow but decided on this odd shade .think it turned out great colour .will update pics when finished with decals and all .my first bike was motomag second hand but then went to new and of course as you say cheaper too .this was probably less money new cpmplete than a dp frame .it also will have cost me more to rebuild than it cost new  lol

I had one in lavender, the frame craked where the downtube meets the headset, freeway replaced it with one that had a straight downtube, gusset and a lovely pearloid finish that had a blue tint to it in the sun.

the one my mate had, the downtube had snapped right by the headset, and he bought it cheap (i think it was virtually new!) and got it welded.
i think his mum worked at the department store where the bike had been returned to.

it weighed a good 40 pounds

Looks cool man.

Shorten that chain, flip the seat guts over, lose the frame pad (looks a bit dodgy)

I like it.

It has just reminded me to sort ou some pics of the decals for you.

thanks orb wasnt sure what to do with the seat guts they dont seem to fit the layback right .all i need is the decals from moose and its finished looks good in this colour me thinks .

If N E 1 does a Green versoin I have a set of Green Acorn Freestyles waiting to go to a good hope.

Great looking bulid nice to see a touch of the real freestyle flair..

they need a good scrub new bearings  cost £15 a a good shimano free wheel

greg it was a good job that chain was'nt much longer man. looks like you just got enough drop out.

havent ridden it and wouldnt like that .chain was short so i added links then too long and got fed up woth changing it so left it foe now .always find chains fiddly and havent got lot patience either
