Title: Should all frames have a serial number?

My Mid school MCS doesn't have one anywhere!  what does that mean?

Early Hutch Frames did not have serial numbers  ???

My Hutch has no serial no.  :)

a lot of early frames didn't either, so nowt to worry about Rob
