Huh. I done that at Bournemouth. Just I slammed well before I got to the 2nd roller.

Cool, would like to have a go at that, mind you, there would need to be some first aid ready for when I flipped the bike -LOL

-
the turndown was nice but the rest looked cack.
power manual? you dont pedal doing manuals - thats the point!
-
yep Im with daze on this one
The turndown was cool his "power manual" as you call it would have looked a million times btter if he hadnt pedaled

The idea of BMX is to go fast. Pedaling is the key.
-
Bullshit, it looks to me like he uses his pedals more for balance and bike control, he isnt pedaling for speed
You could get the same speed with a pedalless manual and relying on pump
andy
-
call it a power wheelie then cos it aint no manual ;)
-
Here's another power wheelie....

well that quiz lasted long :(
smart asre..
-
whats a smart asre?
been trying to do manuals for last 3 months still cant do them .tips please
-
stick yer bum out as low as possible over the rear wheel! it helps balance, like a counter weight
practice on a slight hill downwards, makes it easier
-
and keep your arms straight - DO NOT try to keep the front wheel up using
them - pump with your legs.
front wheel going too high > move arse forward.
front wheel going too low > move arse backwards.
