Title: Why GT sucked in the 90s
Post by: SaMAlex on January 16, 2007, 02:03 PM
Here's one for anyone not reading BMX mags in the 90s. This is an add from BMX Plus! Feb 1991. This is why GT went so bad after the 80s.

A lesson in how to make 4 great riders look bad! Just show them riding!!! How hard could it be? Even the small riding shots at the bottom are kinda crap.

I think thats the best Add Ive ever seen. Its no wonder that Shaun left S&M ... and BMX! ha ha

At least the riding thumbnail was good on Shauns add!

Yes, he was riding for KHE, might even still be. He deff had a few years away from BMX after S&M tho. I think things got a little full on for him for a while.
