Title: truing wheels

my rear wheel is slightly buckled,to true it is it a case of tightening the spokes opposite the buckle?


it's only slight out but enough for the blocks to rub.

i think you need to loosen a tad the spoke on the lumpy / high side

and then tighten a tad the two spokes either side of that one to pull the rim back to flat again
then check first spoke again
