Love it, looks really good except maybe the seat post, I've never liked those laybacks you need really long arms and back like Quasimodo to reach the bars  :LolLolLolLol:

The pedal cadges are on the wrong spindles. Swap them over ... or swap the cranks round and get a LHD hub, ha ha.

Ive been running a LHD for ages (as far as I know I made the first one) so I am very familier with backwards DX's. I had to swap the spindles over cos my crank arms were on the wrong side. Now you can get cranks with the drive bolt on both arms so its easy.

i have a nos set that have arms with the same thread  both arms are as right pedal.flights twin pinch   :uglystupid2:
thats how they came so you need 2 right handed pedals.

Thats awful!!!

I have seen some DX's come the wrong way round from new. And I have run right hand cranks arms on both sides before (sometimes you just gotta get your bike together). Maybe that Paralellagram DX pedal was a bad idea. Lets get back to some good old bear traps.

Oh, sorry. I just read that back and it sounds like I was saying building DX's backwards was Awful. I meant Harris' Flights comming like that is awful.

One time I built a bike from new (way back when i was young). Once I had got the forks, stem, bars and seat in I turned the whole thing upside down and put the cranks and wheels on. It was only when I got it finished and tried to ride it, I found I had the cranks and the back wheel on the wrong way!!!! What a tosser!

I had a set of Aeropro cranks and one of the pedal bosses had been welded in the wrong way. It was the correct thread but it didnt sit porperly and the end of the arm was all a little messy.

Strange, cos Hutch are untouchable with engineering quality, right?
