yes you can ask them to label them as "second hand childrens bike parts " and theyre is a tarriff number you can put on it (ask billy stupple ) for it , but even so i got stung for £50 on a £300 frame

If it gets pulled in, you pay £13 handling charge, so, as a consequence, they WILL charge you a import duty to justify their "intervention".
This is a percentage the value of the item (which HAS to be stated on the export document)
Theiving barstools, is whaat I think.
