Title: pins n plate advice needed please

5 years ago i came of my bike doing a manual and i twisted my foot backward's well its allways played me up 'but over the last 6 months it's got worse my missis say's i should go to the doc's and he might say get it x-rayed ? So is it normall to have allot of pain in this kind of injurie and is she right 'like could the pins loosen up etc 'Thanks for any help yours's in xtreme pain zed  :'(

just get it looked at an xray should show it.
as for the pins unless youve rearly damaged that area the pins get bone growth around them and
wouldnt think they would come loose ,but it does happen.

Thanks dan and i know this is good advice mate straight from the horses mouth  :daumenhoch: the thing is we all still do some stupid stuff that is hard impact 'but it could be this damp weather 'thanks dan ill get it checked out asap  :daumenhoch:

i asked about getting the pins removed from my foot
but due to a slam when i first started riding
they said there bent and would have to break me foot to get em out
so left em in lol

Yes, unfortuantely, the pins can work loose.  I'm hoping that mine don't.

cheers mate ive been using ibrofuren gell and paracetamols does help  :daumenhoch:

Tramadol mate , thats what you need . I take 300mg a day (6 tablets) and feel little pain as i is high as a fookin' kite all the time :D

Ask your doctor for some , Its kick ass  ;)
