Title: Credit due
Post by: Gashead on February 03, 2007, 11:07 AM
Just some good feed back !

Ordered some pedals yesterday 4,15 in the afternoon from Biaggio and they arrived this morning !!!

Ordered a crank from Alans which had some slight and I mean slight shelf scratches on it ! Alan sent a note saying if I wasn't happy as it was the last one he would give a full refund !

Credit to both as sometimes they get some stick !

Big thanks to Bodamus too for getting my ET 100% finished - now got full pads and ET plate  :daumenhoch:

Top job fella's

Nick

I've spent a bit of cash at Alan's in the last year, can't fault the service at all, free postage too.  :4_17_5:

There's still a few good folk left out there  :daumenhoch:  never had dealings with either of these so it's good to see a bit of positivity.

I too have dealt with both.

Biaggio gets bad press about being out of stock. Don't buy off his website - simple.
All ebay sales have been faultless and I've even traded items with him.

Alan's have upped their game recently and I have had no issues with them either.

I for one will deal with both of them again. :daumenhoch:

Last time I bigged up Biaggio I was accused of being one of his groupies :uglystupid2: :uglystupid2: :LolLolLolLol:

Alan's are spot on and always have been and the team are all dedicated riders who know there stuff, there all revamping the shop at the moment to an extended single floor layout, he has a small collection of his eighties bikes on display too for the Old boys.  "wantit"

There is talk about going to the Cleethorpes ride and MK this year if  time allows.. :4_17_5:

From Alan?

That would be wicked, he could meet up with former Robinson rider Gary Fenwick :daumenhoch:

Yes Nick,
Alan was asking me about the rides and mentioned the Cleethorpes outing and MK 14,  if he has time he will go mate, he has done the Radtor's with us and always great company, his knowledge and involvement of the very beginnings of bmx in the UK  his time with Chuck Robibson amongst others on the west coast of the US  is seriously good listening.

Bought some Wizard numbers from Alan's and got a bit trigger happy with my order as I was on the underground and not confident the order had gone through... Once I surfaced I had a voicemail waiting for me asking "did I mean to order twice?"

Tiny order yet great customer service  :4_17_5:
