Title: Anyone ?
Post by: GREMLIN on February 09, 2007, 07:46 PM: Hey all. Does anyone have any idea how to remove the white residue from the tread of nos tyres without riding it off ?
I want this set of tyres (rainbow label comp III) to be looking spot on without any wear to the tread.
So has to be something that reacts with the waxy/powdery substance and lifts it off without damaging the tyres.

let it soak for a bit and away you go.

wynns do a good product imaginatevly called wynns tyre claen and shine

it comes in a rattle can , foams on contact , give em a scrub abd they will be nice
