whats recommended as the best all round PSI to run your tyres at?
-
I usually run 40psi but everyone has their own preference :daumenhoch:
-
i usually do mine on 'feel' ie: they feel right !! ;)
-
Would depend on what sort of wheels & tyres?
Bru :daumenhoch:
yep but i usually run anything from 40 -55 psi track or 65-75 street :daumenhoch: 85 if iwant to push it :daumenhoch:
-
cheers folks - time to get the bike pump back out ;)
-
4 bar ;)
-
the harder they are the smoother they roll, your better using a proper floor pump too.

on my flat bike i go for 80psi,other spokes 60-80,on tuffs though no more than 55 otherwise tyre starts peeling off the rim
-
60 front 80 rear on my NS race bikes :daumenhoch:
if its old school I would run just enough to keep the rims off the floor as no one runs a chain on them so they arent going anywhere :LolLolLolLol:
:) DINGO :)
-
110 psi on mine , if not they feel flat and i'm all over the place , but it does depend on rims and tyres .
-
90-100psi on my street bike.
70-80psi on my new school race bikes
50psi on my oldschool bikes
-
70 psi in mine maybe tad less i the front .less than that they feel flat
-
For old school tyres around 45 psi, comp pools and new school tyres around 60 to 80 psi depending on what terrain you are riding :daumenhoch:
-
Yeah deffo no less than 80 on New skool stuff ( you can put 120 psi in most )and you,ll roll fast as fook in a park :daumenhoch:(only a true reading with a proper track pump ,about £12 worth every penny ). but ol, skool tuffs I,d say around only 40 ish coz it says so on most tyres and they,d probably split a gumwalled tyre with anything more
-
60psi on my graphite tuffs, 110psi on my new school park bike.
