It was some ancient " House of Colour " Candy paint he had , lying about for ages... So would have been rude not to use it ;)

nice one good to see the youngens going for bright colours
did my lads bike same green as mine lol
and why do they put overkil size dropouts
on the forks of 12 inch and 16 inch bikes
as me boys 12 inch as 19 mm axles cutouts lol
