used my local sandblaster for a couple of years now and allways thought he was reasonable.
went back today to get my billys frame/forks and bars done and it's jumped from approx 10 pounds
to 25 pounds. asked him why and he said it's because blasting frames that were powdered
takes up to 3 times as long >:( to be honest that's true but still a steep rise in price :(
so any frames i paint that need blasting, if you can get your parts blasted local to you then
it would keep cost down, good news is that i'm looking for a larger strip tank :daumenhoch:
ps does any south guys know any cheap sandblasters :)

I took a Torker cruiser frame and forks and 2 sets of bars and it cost £45 to get them blasted. That was in Doncaster. I now nitromors and sand all my stuff by hand.... sandblasting leaves little pits sometimes so you end up sanding the frame anyway ;D
