Thought they went for more than that, or did I dream it ?
-
DX would be 100-130 ish NOS
I have seen XCIIs go for 60 quid but realisticaly I would expect 80 -100 a a NOS set
-
 Blimey, I've got Suntour XC IIs on my bike! They've been used but still in pretty good nick, didn't realise they had that sort of value as new.
-
Yup money indeed, but if you stumble across the xc I cages for them (they look the same at first glance, but have pointed teeth) then they go for silly money!!
-
I have four sets 8)
-
i paid £20 for mine last year :), but they are 1/2" !! :(
I agree with Waxin, NOS 9/16th's would be up to £100 on the 'bay !!
-
I had to canabalise two sets to make one as I originally had 1/2 and then bought another set to get the 9/16 axles. Both sets were pretty rough but I bought new cages and I've finished retoing one I just need to finish the other one now.
-
The cages on mine are pretty scratched up now, what is the best option of re coating them, is there a cheap way of getting em back to black,
I was even considering hammertite-ing them !! ;) ;D

YUk!!! don't use hammerite,if you are going to spray them use plasticoat enamal paint from halfords,i use it on my stems,it comes out nice and it's pretty tough if you leave it in the airing cupboard over night. :daumenhoch:

So do I take it 9/16 are more expensive than 1/2 version ?
