yes sir,
the mid bottom bracket is designed to use profile 19mm axle sixed sized bearings without the alloy cups the would normally sit in the frame,

primo usa 22m axle sized bearings are a little bigger and wont fit in the mid bb,

what crank and bottom bracket do you have/intend to fit?

if you go to a bearing supplies ,tell them the bb size and your axle size then they might match them.
