-
Very nice clean , looks good :daumenhoch:
-
old school styley :) good first build .
-
that looks sweet neil (nearly as good as my reflex >:D)
just dump that ugly snake seatpost and itll be perfect :daumenhoch:
those reflexs are an absolute bargain, in fact i might build another :LolLolLolLol:
-
thank you for your kind comments. know what you mean about the post, but all the bits were chosen for a specific reason:
cheapness! also bars are kinda horrid too - never liked cw type bars much. it'll all stay as it is, no more money being spent on that - being saved to sort out my master and streetbeat, which are far more precious to me.
-
the red and gold goes really well!!!
they are ok to ride to. a little small perhaps - good for flatland
-
looks cool. is that a "landar" post?
-
looks good to me, think its about time i got 1
-
Looks sweet mate! i had a reflex and for the money i don't think you can buy better! you just got to get her to one of the meets and give her a good seeing too! :daumenhoch:
-
congrats on your first build make, nice colur scheme !! Well done m8 !
-
Mr spacefruit, its an "elina ul" integrated seat/post. really want to ride it but don't want to risk scratching it or getting the tyres dirty. part of me says use it, another part says keep it mint. i had Dels orange streetbeat the beginning of the week, and that had never been ridden, so the same scenario there - don't want to tarnish any of it. bit daft really, but i guess i'm not the only who is like this. have been riding my haro master a little though, so i'll probably just keep that as a rider, until i see the light and buy a new school.
-
Didn't know you had all those three mate! but if you're going to ride then just using one would make sense.........but like myself....if you can make one of the meets and try a new school ride (anyone will gladly let you have a go) you will then want one! and never look back! :daumenhoch:
-
great first build mate,be warned bike building is addictive and expensive  but great fun :daumenhoch:
-
too true its addictive. since discovering this site few weeks back, already up to three old schools. pickle, you hit the nail on the head , i'm already saving for new school. bikes generally are quite addictive, trying to thin out current collection of mtb's from five down to three, and also got a '64 schwinn stingray coppertone re-issue.
best wishes, Neil.
-
Three builds so far :daumenhoch: Nice job .
BIN THE MTB,s ;D or just keep one ;)
If your gonna ride , a New skool is a MUST :daumenhoch:
Keep up the good work dude , look forward to seeing your future builds ;) this is just the start
