A good job is now being done in the sales section but there is a problem!!
The posts are being deleted far too quickly, If I needed to refer to the add its already gone, Ie: I bought a bike today on here and the thread has already been deleted, so there is no reference back to the original add.
Instead could we just auto delete after the add has been on a month?

And my fookin pet peeve......people listing loads of bits on individual for sale threads and then fookin bumping them all at once, it's selfish and ignorant to other site users. 8 listings, sometimes 10 in a row from the same person is taking the piss. :rant: :LolLolLolLol:

we are discussing the multipost items at the mo so that will prob change soon, but we do need to think it through as we dont want to make a desision and it be a wrong un lol

Simple fix, each member is only allowed two posts per week in the for sale section. Then everyone will have to tighten up their posts.
I should use the section more as I only ever seem to be buying ::)

As Rich said we've been chatting about the For Sale again this week, there are a few ideas being tossed about. But we do agree something needs to be done. we're working on it :daumenhoch:

if you limit No of posts it will just drive stuff on the dreded bay !!!!!! wouldnt you rather it be here where we can get a jump on some of the bay mob thats just buyin to sit on till prices rise

By limiting the posts you dont need to limit the amount of stuff, just the new posts :daumenhoch:

i do get what yer sayin but only 2 posts may not be enough for some !!!!! i would rather see stuff on here than take my chances on the bay

I do agree with the ebay comments, but its got to be kept fair to everyone :daumenhoch:
But its not my call, just ideas to make it better
