sorry i dont know these , ive seen them for sale on the bay , if they have bearing cups in then just buy a standard 10mm axle and some standard bearings if not id say your fooked

It looks to me as though the part that the freewheel should screw onto is not there, I would say that they are definite no no for bikes but i could be wrong.
