heat and somit to clamp it in to keep it straight
(ie two car rims work )

I heard putting it through a dishwasher on high temp can help  :-\

Thermal memory

by heating the nylon should remember its original shape

but there old and may not got back as its probably a warp , but theoretically heat should work , 70 degree dishwashing  sounds a resonable way

i have put a few sets of skyways through the dish washer .....steaming  :daumenhoch:
