how strong is 6061-t6 aluminium?

i know it won't be as strong as cro-mo would it be ok for cruiser racer bars?

i think the mtb downhill boys use it for there bars.

I wouldnt use it for bars Adey, cro mo only for me

I've had several sets of those TNT bars and they rule.
