Title: Can anyone do vinyl cut lettering on here?
Post by: oberonspacefruit on March 22, 2007, 08:49 AM
I need some bits done, and my guy down the road is unreliable and overpriced.

single colour only, but some fiddly bits......

alternatively, does anyone know where you can get the blank sheets of vinyl in small quantities?

I've been trying to find the very same thing, but so far can only find 50 A3 sheets for £125!!

Anyone fancy clubbing together & sharing the sheets?

Not sure what you mean number plates, I'm talking about clear water proof A3 sheets that you can print onto in full colour from a laser printer ;)

you can buy rolls of sticky vinyl in loads of colours at a good hobby shop, they are sold for cutting graphics onto large romote control planes and boats.

Yup I can cut it. Depending on what you need I can do it for ya. It all comes down to the artwork. I'm happy to have a go. I contacted a signwriting supply place and can get the vinyl but I think it was about £12 for 10 meters by about 60cm wide and came in loads of colours. I need to make sure it's the right stuff though. If it's what people need I'll do it at a good price and push some back RADBMX's way too.
