Title: bar ideas wanted

im having a small change on one of my 90s rides
i had a little go on it today  and i need something widder and more sweep
it is fine in general but love bars are kinda neutral  so am putting them on another bike .
i now quite a few but more ideas are welcome.
this is for general street /ramp   tar dan.

dan if you like 4 peice bars go for s&m castillos, they feel good :)

castillos
standard strip bars
pro race slams [fecking huge ]
any would suit yo mid builds

those castillos look tiny. I rode using them for ages. You should do the same thing but with castillos, slams, and old slams!

Dan, I might have a set of slams or castillos if your thinking that way (lthough the slams are much the same as ones you can buy all shinny and new)

I think Rorys Slams are the same as the top ones here. The later, and close to current ones

Rory, are you sure they are "Race" Slams ? (aka challenger bars). They use thinner tubing but also have a smaller dia cross bar (for lightness and to tell them apart from normal Slams). It is still sometimes hard to tell tho.

pro race pretty same as new school pro race .

COme on round to my house. I have got about 5 bikes that all need a building sesh to get them finished!!! :LolLolLolLol:

Its when you get to the brakes and drive that you have to start thinking about it a little more, and things stop fitting. Thats when I move onto the next build and start bolting on wheels and bars again.
