Anybody got a guess as to what model this is? :-\
Maybe Adam or other Kuwi addicts. 8)
It's not mine,I just wondered if it were worth getting for under $100 shipped. ;)

-
What's the serial number ken?
-
Not sure on the serial, those were the only pics he had. :'(
-
It does look like a tange frame Ken, i'm not so sure about the forks though. For $100 if it is a kuwie you've had a score if it's not it's still a decent frame.
-
Frame and forks are tange by the looks of it!
I dont think its a kuwie. The forks aren't for sure they are definately tange.
Nice frame though.
-
looks like a nova to me :-\
-
rear drop outs say nova / forks are tange but the rear chain stay seems to be like one off a skyway (tear drop)
novas werent tear drop as far as I remember.
-
I'd say Tange, but maybe not a Kuwi...
chain stay are tange like - same as an areo pro burner, but you don't have the seat tube flare like an Aero Pro
I have a Tange Rhino Charge I picked up a few years ago that is very like this (mine has the seat tube flare at the bottom that this doesn't)
if it's a US frame, I'd say Cycle Pro??
- I know Tange supplied frames for them... still a good frame if not a Kuwi
-
i thought a nova was a looptail? forks look a bit tange/gt to me. looks like a kuwi, and has a flat brakebridge, that little fold on the dropout is like a kz-84. but the oval chainstays and the fact that the brakebridge is welded on top + that geometry ??? not a kz84. Not sure what it is.
