i have an Elina UL, same as a Uni seat in essence, should fit a PK without the shim or standard OS Frame with...

I have a NOS/MINT blue one, with checkered Seatpost spare if anyone is interested ;)

Re: Rudewheels, never had an issue with em, but we've discussed that many times.. :-\

cheers guys

i hadn't realised before the UL's were 13/16ths - got one in my box of bits from me mk3 suppergoose
which i never shimmed up or had probs with so assumed they were 22.2mm 7/8ths like most OS

but was looking for a post for me daughers junior sized AL frame ride as reg posts won't fit
and then i found out it is same size, 13/16th size as per PK's

and from looking at alans and rudewheels noticing the shim

its got red alloy bars (race inc ?) on now thanks to a most generous roonga
and a chain as well  ;)     so now the seat is sorted just a linear brake cable and full face crash hat for her

I am gonna throw a spanner in the works here as I bought one of those from Rudewheels nearly 2 years ago and it was definitely a 7/8" cro-mo post in it as I had it fitted firstly in a Redline 600a and then an MCS Magnum both without the shim cos I wondered why the shim was supplied.

I think it is the Elina's with the lightweight checkered posts that are 13/16"
