I finally found a guy to make me custom sprockets.
This is a 34T powerdisk and sprocket I got made for a 16" pit bike project (i wanted it to look more to scale)
This one is made from generic 3mm steel .... just because I wanted it made cheeply for a non riding project.
Obviously I havent painted it ....
Sprockets can also be ordered in alloys like 6061 and 7075

I got a sprocket custom made from supersprocks. They make Motorbike sprockets. I send them a 44t flight ring and told them to make it just like that, but solid (flight rings were one of the only chainrings that had a 19mm hole so you didnt have to use a top hat washer). The ring they made me was great, it never bent. I still have it, but it is a little heavy.

I am just super happy, simply to have a guy who can make me custom sprockets at a nice price.
