Went riding with alex leech and a bunch of others a few weeks back -= had fun, had drink - did this  to my leg-

Its better now and ive just built up my second LAF to leave at my parents house so i dont have to load up a bike top take their once our baby s born in may!

ouch  :-\ i slammed down yesterday ,i was just messing around down the park with my daughter ,and then splat  :crazy2: right on my knee  :'( it hurts today  :buck2: we aint as young as we once was  :2funny:
