Title: REDLINE Bars - Help Please

I have found a Standard Frame with old forks and a few other bits, but......it also has bars and stem.

The bars are fairly wide, chrome, have a straight crossbar, and have the old REDLINE writing on the front L/H/S and "STR Series" on the front R/H/S. Are these Stu T Race Series?

There is also a stem. It looks like a Forklifter, but does not have REDLINE on the front (is this a sticker - mine is boxed up so I can not look).

Nothing is any good to me, but if I do not get them ASAP they will most certainly be lost.

Chap sad £15 for the bars, but getting full prices tomorrow.

Any idea of age, rarity and basic value? They have no dings and very little rust.

Any help would be appreciated.

PS - Dan H (you really need to meet me some time, this is in the old graveyard that I told you of about a year ago - they also have quite a few mid school, but I know nothing about them).
