Title: looky me look what I found.......
Post by: thesku11s on April 27, 2007, 12:05 PM: I was visiting this old guy I know who has a bike shop, he tends to have a lot of tat.

I came in to pickup a pair of NOS mags he was letting me have for a tenner - was well chuffed with that. ;)

then in the corner of my eye I spot an old looking 20" er in a workstand.

My eyes lock into the fancy turbo cranks & shiny signatures saying HARRY LEARY !

after being in the and of some muggins who had a kickstand attached for years, it was not pristine - but after a word I was told I could I could have it for Â£20 - yay! :D

I obviously took it for a spin when I came to get it, came prepared with some superstar grips I got of phantom photon! - (the shop had put on nasty mtb ones -wish theyd changed the seat tho!)

I was just thinking the same thing. I was telling myself that the little hand clap she does is just as I drop my pants!!!

the shop is actually funds itself by training people how to be cycle mechanics.

they fix up, police recovered bikes etc (they get em for free)

He prices up all bmxs at £30 & adult bikes between £45- £120 MAX

He really wont sell anything for more ( hes sold pro downhill bikes for the same - although they mostly have tat), and i get a discount too.
