Enjoy yr training tomorrow, CK gonna work u hard.
Cant be there unf as Emmanuel makes his 1st communion tomorrow so will be dolled up in something a)un practicle, b) un comfortable all day!

Ck has had to go to Cheddar nationals, so its just gate practice now :-[, with me and quadpaul, still gonna be a laff though.

Rhys pegs wont be too much trouble, its only practice, an slicks probably needed at daggers, the surface is gettin harder by the week, and faster :daumenhoch:, dont forget to bring the maccydees coffees with ya :angel:

It was a good session today. I got plenty of gate practice ready for next week. Ratty had a pretty hard stack next to me, I hope you are alright Tony and you can Royston :daumenhoch:

was a good day over there, Thanks to everyone who helped set up an dismantle the gate. And it was good to see Martin helping the young uns out with their gates as well.
I have done myself no favours with that stack, I cant walk at the moment, and Little bee just said dont bleed over the place. Good job I wasnt looking for sympathy? :daumenhoch:

This is a woman we're talking about here so surely you weren't expecting sympathy Tony!! An overweight, smoking, drinking, fast food junkie in the midst of a mid-life crisis riding kid's bikes falls off and expects sympathy at home??!! Re the crash hat, I will do my homework and have a good luck at all the suggestions, I must say the Diamond back one saved me today, I did bash my head hard and it survived. :daumenhoch:

Tony mate we don't bounce like we used to we just go down with a thud ;D24 years ago you would have bounced along......jumped up.........and had another go :Dhope you heal a bit for royston mate or else we'll be having seperate moto's for all us cripples that keep injuring ourselves ;)
