paul osicka my favourite misfit of a rider top top rider ,who inspired me to keep riding.

from standard bykes "standard country"
that section is still one of my favourites today, paul, luc e and bobby fisher were all progenators of the current new school street freecoaster trends,
osicka's riding in that clip is just amazing, check the way he throws out of some of the tennis court links, how fooking cool is that, great balance and fluidity even if a few of the links were a bit scetch,
the blind fold riding was a bit of a standard oddball, the gonz was rocking it too, crazy,
the frame he's riding is a TAO if i'm not mistaken, my mate haggis rides one, its short and feels like it want to loop out all the time but how tough?!!
dunno if he's still riding though, with the things i'm hearing about standard it might be tough to find out,
i'll try and ask rick though,
heres a rougher collection,

I cant tell you anything about Osicka but its good to have T34418L3-1 still about.
-
i will second that
pauls riding was so fookin natural ,but so unreal.
-
Was it a Props interview or end credits or summat, where he did a long backwards link in a car park?
-
he's still riding. he had the cover of cream last year, riding up in the forests in the northwest US, along with a big interview which was very zen-like, unsurprisingly!
bloody nice chap i tell you!
-
talking about rick
wasnt he an 80s factory haro rider or am i mixing him up with someone else.
-
i'm sure youre right harris ,
he definitely rode for factory haro , there some video footage on "rodgers garage" i think,
-
And Hutch I think. There is a vid on you tube of him and Domingues doing shows
-
he was awesome
that rolling tailwhip he did without taking his feet off the pedals defied the laws of physics
