Track is lippy as f88k, dodgy triples seeing lots of spills. Both my two fell off couple of times each.

No old skool, only 2 of us so sunbathing for me today me thinks.

Lovin the foxes 20" standard, gotta get me one.

I had a crowse round on the safety cycle, not sure about the tripples or that steep table. :-\ But I didn't hit anything at any real speed at all, so I'll reserve judgment till I'm all healed up and back on a proper BMX again. It was good just to roll round on a bike again, injury sucks... >:(

Highlights for me were: Tuffs nearly taking big Mike P from Peckham's head off with a flatty over the quite large double into the last berm. Seeing the number plates I lent out to novices doing well in all their races. Ashley Davies gates were mental, no one was close to having his snap. My nephews gate in his final. :coolsmiley:

Roll on next weekend for the national and the no clips.

Looked like they were cooking up nicely from where I was standing, especially when you were setting Josh off in his races :-[ . Struggled to avert my gaze!! ;) Didn't get a chance to watch you practicing on Miles's Standard but reckon you've just got to go careful on the triples and then rip 'em up to win. Interesting to note though that there were far fewer stacks anywhere on the track during racing than at previous Regionals there. Humps

Kev, Tony and Phil were ripping up the Cruiser 40-plus all afternoon, Nikkis boys were nothing short of outstanding in the youngsters, while young Humps also was doing the business, plus Alan was superb with his flag work, and for keeping me informed of what was going on.

Emmanuel has decided to retire apart from the OSSS so i've gotta get him an OS ride now :LolLolLolLol:

Can't wait for this weekend although cold and wet forecast dont sound too good :(
