Title: new or mid??
Post by: gt0733 on May 20, 2007, 11:29 PM

i'd like this wheel set for my 1993 robinson but feel they may be too "new" for it. odessy t1000 are difficult to find and i thought these would make a great alternative. any suggestions?

They are a bit more new school than mid - but, if you're gonna ride it they'd be a good buy!

the frame set hasn't landed here yet, but when it does i'll post up for sure  :daumenhoch: on the l/h rear drop out is "XL" and the serial number. it looked nice to build as a rider, so i bought it. the price was nice  ;)

Find some older weinnmans with GT mohawk hubs. They'll go perfectly on a Robinson even if they aren't era correct hubs. Weinnmans came factory on early 90's GT's, Robinsons, and Auburns.
