Title: New Redline flights

Just got a set from the states and the bearings are ok, but will need replacing soon, are they the same as Profiles i.e 19mm or are they 20mm as I think having measured them  ???

Oh and has anyone got any o/s decals yellow/ green , they are going on this:

they are on the bay quite often.

especially in the states.


redline prolines are 20mm, id wait till you got the cranks to be sure.

i know, but they are reasonably likely to have the same spindle i think. could be wrong.

Hey Mr Ferret, you were correct in the 1st, I have just attempted to ram said spindle through profile 19mm bearings, It no fit :shocked: so 20mm it is :daumenhoch:, spanish repl. bb's at alans £9.99 ...............................Yes yes oh yeah  :LolLolLolLol:

do you need spannish then ? I thought they were non threaded versions of the Euro BB, made for bike produced within the last 2 years ?? and why are they called spannish ?  :D

Same as profiles but 20mm hole :shocked:, dunno why spanish though, maybe they are made from reconstituted pontefract cakes :D

Spanish=cupless bb . from what I can gather  :-\

fook knows how you did that. I thought spanish bb were same as US bb, but a smaller bottom bracket, on the frame. Allegedly spanish bb are just the bearings, without alloy cups that the bearings sit in.

saying all that, that bike looks well with them cranks on now.....good job my man!
