Title: bike check for mk racing

ok i know there are certain rules ie brakes that work etc ,but do you have to have frame pads things like that  :daumenhoch: i just want to tick all the boxes  :daumenhoch:

The only saftey equipment that will be required are full finger gloves and a helmet that cover's your ears, that is a legal requirement.

The rest is up to you.

Personaly I would have knee/shin pads and elbow/arm pads as a minimum.

The silliest little thing can cause a nasty injury, my chain broke a few weeks ago....got 2 broken ribs for my trouble and a big hole in my knee :idiot2:

Take on board what Mos ( Lee ) has to say , the surface is HARD hence pads and long sleeves where poss  :daumenhoch:.
