Title: SKATE/BMX COMP
Post by: Gary72 on June 01, 2007, 09:19 PM
Just been to the local council skate park and found they are having a comp and demo tommorow 2nd June. Only very small event mainly for skaters but might be worth watching to see the future riders of BMX. Takes place in Hainault in Elmbridge Road, starts at 12.00.

Could not find the offical website.

I did manage to get there late and missed the bike comp. although my 4 year old did enter the skate comp at the last minute, all he did was skate along and do star jumps off the board and sit on the board and go down the ramp. got stickers and t-shirt and a VANS lanard. Although have seen some of the youngsters over there before and like Lazychubs says the park is pretty crap, but some of the stuff that gets pulled is good.
