Title: Help Please - Looking for Bike

Hi all

I think I saw a thread about a bike that had the head stock area welded on at about 45 degrees. might have been on the bay?

Can someone point me in the right direction, and reply with the link.

I think someone said it would make a great Pit Bike / 16".
