How many holes should a GT pro Performer F & F drop outs have in them?

and does the amount specify the year?

Yes, Pete almost has all the GT Performers now, so he will know best, but I think that the forks have four holes & the frame has 3 holes for an 84 & four holes for an 85, but it could be the other way round  :-\

85's also have 3 holes in rear dropouts. I think they changed to 4 in 86/87 ish

84 & early 85 have 3 holes in the drop-outs, I believe they changed to 4 holes in mid 85.
