I went training yesterday at Dagenham, its the first time I actually took part in the whole session and I am totally fooked. There was 7 OSSS07 riders there yesterday, and with one of the Olympic coaches "CK" and an England squad rider as well the action was hotter than most races. The training only costs £2 and if you can make it down to DAGGERS you will love it, well apart from the press ups >:D

I might be busy next week catching up on my ironing or something similar  :LolLolLolLol:

Thank you to everyone who organises these sessions though, my kids really listen to CK and are learning lots  :)

Looks like I missed wicked day. Well done all those who took part.
I'd rather have been at the track working me nuts off than at the docs having them groped by a bloke :shocked:

4 hot hot hot hot hot baths today to try and soothe me bod, still cant stand up straight tho :LolLolLolLol:

stomach and back are killin me, chest sore but poss it's a boob lift without the surgery so it's all good :daumenhoch:
